With over 20 years of experience across India, US, UK, and Australia job markets, she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment process optimization, and HR strategy. Her background includes working with global staffing firms, multinational companies, and Indian manufacturing organizations—giving her a strong blend of global hiring standards, domain specialization & local execution.
Her journey into recruitment began with a clear belief—the right people can change the trajectory of a business. She has partnered closely with founders, promoters, and leadership teams on CXO, senior, and mid-level hiring, as well as building teams from the ground up for Greenfield projects, new plants, and GCC setups, including Build-Operate-Transfer models.
